CHICKEN SHAWARMA RICE

RECIPE INGREDIENT

-Chicken Breast -Long Grain Rice -Small Onion -Turmeric Powder -Cumin Powder -Cinnamon Powder -Coriander Powder -Garlic Powder -Yogurt -Olive Oil

STEP 1: MARINARE THE CHICKEN WITH YOGURT AND THE SPICES

STEP 2: Transfer the marinated chicken into the oven in a tray

STEP 3: Once done, chop the chicken into smaller pieces. Set Aside

II. SIMMER THE RICE

STEP 4: Add olive oil and uncooked drained rice into the pot

STEP 5: Add water and turmeric powder into the rice. Wait till it started to boil

STEP 6: When boiling, lower the fire to low heat. Let it Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the rice is cooked

STEP 7: Add olive oil in the separate cooking pan

FINAL STEP BEFORE SERVING
