- 1 Piece Large Cucumber
- 3 Pieces Medium Tomatoes
- ½ piece small red onion
- 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice (Optional)
- ¼ cup black olives
- ¼ cup green olives
- ¼ cup feta cheese
Chop the cucumber, tomatoes and red onion. Remove the seeds from the cucumber and tomatoes to prevent having watering salad.
Cut the feta cheese, green & black olives into smaller pieces.
Transfer all the vegetables and the rest of the ingredients into a large bowl.
Pour olive oil and lemon juice. Mix to combine using the spoon.
