Jerusalem Mixed Grill is an Israeli spiced grilled dish which is mixed with chicken breast, liver, hear and sliced onion.

- 400 gram of Boneless chicken breast
- 400 gram of chicken liver
- 100 gram of chicken heart
- 1 large sliced onion
- 1 tablespoon of grated garlic
- 4 tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1.5 teaspoon of paprika powder
Add 2 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan in medium heat. Once it’s hot, add sliced onion. Stir for 2 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine all the spices. Add half of these spices into the sliced onion. Stir for a minute.
Remove the onion from the pan and transfer it to the plate. Set aside.
In the same pan, add the garlic and stir for 1 minute.
Add chopped chicken breast and chicken heart. Stir to mix.
Add the chicken liver and the remaining half of the spices. Stir to combine.
Cover the pan with the lid, and let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until the juices dry out.
Add the cooked spiced sliced onion into the meat. Stir to combine before turning off the heat.
Serve with pita bread and dipping hummus.
