WHAT IS LUMPIA?

Lumpia is a Filipino spring roll that is serve with sweet sauce

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

–  Ground Beef –  Onion –  Garlic –  Carrot –  Soy sauce –  Oyster sauce – 2 egg – Lumpia / egg roll wrapper – Vegetable Cooking Oil for frying – Salt and Black pepper

1. Add the ground beef, onion, garlic, carrot, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and egg in the bowl. 2. Stir to mix using the spoon. Prepare the egg roll wrapper

1. Add one tablespoon of meat filling in the wrapper.  2. Fold them across the triangular end of the lumpia wrapper 3. roll them till you get a log shape.  4.Use egg white or water on the sides to help seal the wrapper.

5. Pour Vegetable oil in the pan. Wait till it becomes hot 6. Add the spring roll wrapper into pan. Let it fry for 3-5 minutes or till it turns golden brown 7. Transfer the lumpia into the plate with paper towel to help remove the excess oil
