Ingredients
  

  • 500 gram of ground chicken
  • 1 medium red onion chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic chopped
  • ½ cup of raisins
  • ½ cup of chopped carrots
  • 1 cup of chopped potatoes
  • ¾ cup of chickpeas
  • 2 teaspoon of tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • Salt and Black Pepper for Taste

Instructions
 

  • Add vegetable oil to the pan. Once it becomes hot, add chopped garlic. Stir for less than 30 seconds
  • Add chopped onion. Stir for 1 minute
  • Add ground chicken. Mix to stir and then let it cook for3 to 5 minutes
  • Add chopped potatoes and carrots. Stir to mix. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
  • Pour soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix gently
  • Add chickpeas and raisins. Stir again
  • Add tomato paste. Mix to combine and let it cook for a few minutes before turning off the heat.
  • Serve it with rice.

Notes

You can add corn kernels if you like
You can use tomato sauce instead of tomato paste
