Instructions
Add the chopped tomatoes & onions, and grated ginger in a large bowl.
Add soy sauce in the same bowl, and use the spoon to stir to mix
After it is mixed, spread them on the milkfish using the spoon
Preheat the oven to 200 C or 400 F. In the meantime, cover the oven tray with the aluminum foil. Rub the foil with vegetable oil to prevent sticking the bangus.
Put the Bangus on the tray, and transfer it on the oven.
Baked it for 30 to 40 minutes or until it has a nice brown color. Once done, serve it with rice and dipping sauce. Enjoy!
